Well, I happened to be gone for the next few weekends, so I prepped out for 3 weeks! I think it took me 8 hours… it was like a full day of work! But it was totally worth it, I will be on plan for 3 weeks, and with no crazy weekend prep to keep me up all night!
Note: this plan is made up for a two person serving, if you are prepping for one, just prep the first number, if your prepping for you and the significant other, prep the second number 🙂 or, for more weeks of EZ eating!

Egg Muffins – 6-12 Servings (Found on pg.237 in the new THM Cookbook)- I threw two in a small snack bag into the freezer they went, all I would need to do, was grab them from the freezer, heat and enjoy!
Stove Top Crunch Granola – 3-6 Servings (pg.255) – Make, and store until needed in a air tight container.
Oatmeal-Sweet Dreams Cookie Bowl (Found on pg.249 in the new THM Cookbook)-I made up 2 servings of this recipe and divided up the base oatmeal into microwave safe dishes, and then I made a separate small containers with the greek yogurt topping. This way everything is in a Grab and go container, I just have to pop the Base Oatmeal container into the microwave, I found if i heat for 2 min, stir and then heat 30 seconds, i am good. Once its cooked, I added the topping, and breakfast was done!!
Gwen’s Bread Bagels 2-4 Servings (Web) – I made these up, and threw them in the freezer, all I would need to do, is grab them from the freezer, throw them in the toaster, spread the Fat Free cream cheese on and bagel/bread craving satisfied!
Chicken Jalapeno Soup(Found on pg.90 in the new THM Cookbook) I made up the soup, and divided it out into 4 single serve microwave safe containers and one large container. I threw everything in the freezer, and when I needed lunch I just grab it out of the freezer and heat it up for lunch, and when its for dinner I threw it in the crack pot on low when I left for work and Dinner was done after a long day for us to enjoy!
Trim Zuppa Toscana Soup(Found on pg.96 in the new THM Cookbook)I made up the soup, and divided it out into 4 single serve microwave safe containers and one large container. Chicken Quesadillas (pg.307 Old Book) I just whipped up these little baby’s, wrapped them up with cling wrap and aluminum foil and threw them in the freezer, just grab and go then needed. Chicken Strips- Grill chicken, throw in a a microwave/freezer safe container, throw it in the freezer until needed and grab and go for an easy lunch.
Mocha Pudding 3-6 Servings(Found on pg.352 in the new THM Cookbook) whip up a batch and divid them up into small snack size containers, label and trow them in the fridge.
Spicy Nuts (pg.396 Old Book) butter, season, bake, and store in an air tight container. grab when you need a quick snack 🙂
Cream Cheese Berry Whip – 4-8 Servings (pg.352) I tweaked this one a bit, I just took, fat free cream cheese, fresh berries, sweetened to taste, whipped everything up, and fold in fat free whipped topping. I skipped the nuts, makes a great snack!
Cottage Cheese and Fruit – 2-4 Servings (pg.408 Old Book) I just threw a 1/2 cup of cottage cheese, and topped it with Slim Belly Jelly pg. 478 of the new cook book. Divide them up into single serve containers for a quick grab n’ go.
Flavored Greek Yogurt – 2-4 Servings – Use your favorite flavorings, add sweetener, divide them up into single serve containers for a quick grab n’ go.

They are quite tasty and a great FP for between meal snacking, I doubled my batch, and split them up into two grab n’ go containers.
Lemon Muffins – 4-8 Servings (pg.278) This one was a little harder, I mixed up all the dry things in one microwave safe container, and then threw all the wet items in a small container. When your ready grab both, mix them together, microwave and enjoy.

Skinny Chocolate (pg.377) – I ALWAYS have chocolate on had in my fridge, I just grab and go 🙂
Cry-no More Brownies (pg.314) These little baby’s have been my best friend! I like to make them up in muffin tins for easy grab and go snacks, or just easy grab and eat 🙂 I made two batches, and threw the rest in the freezer 🙂
Wedding Cheesecake (pg.332) These have been a great addition to my snacking and dessert craving. I used the spoon full of the Cry-no More Brownies for the crust and baked them up in a muffin pan for easy single servings.

Shrinkers – 5-10 Servings (Found on pg. 400 in the new THM Cookbook) I did anther round of Sippers for the week, this time, I did the Shrinker, This one was a bit more complicated, but the GG Moonshine worked so well last week, I wanted to try it! I took half the water requested, and steeped all the tea requested, once it cooled, I blended up all the ingredients, (I added 1/2 teaspoon of Coco Powder, I just love this tweak, and then I divided them up in to 2qt jars. and stored then in the fridge.
