Cheeseburger Pie - THM copy

This is another great recipe from our Once A Month Cooking Session done the THM way!

For me it was a matter of re-moving from the freezer and just heating it up in the oven till it was good and warm! I added a Bacon Parmesan salad and dinner was done!

Cheeseburger Cauliflower 

Make this a freezer meal-

Layer in a 9×13 casserole pan or an aluminum pan that can be placed into the freezer.

1 1/2 pounds seasoned and cooked ground beef
1 pound of steamed cauliflower
1/2 teaspoon garlic salt
salt and pepper, to taste and

top with 1 cup cheddar cheese

Then just freeze!

Dinner time –

  1. Preheat oven to 350°F.
  2. Bake for 30 minutes, or until bubbly and lightly browned.
