This is a great recipe for a bread side for any S-meal that you would like to “dip” bread in! Its a super tasty side for a lunch sandwiches as well! You can also make a double batch and freeze the leftovers for a quick “pull out of the freezer” dinner on those busy nights!
CHEDDAR CHEESE BREAD
- 1 cups almond flour
- 1 cup cheddar cheese, shredded
- 1 tsp baking powder
- 1/2 tsp salt
- 1/2 tsp peper
- 3 large eggs
- 1/2 cup sour cream
- 1/4 cup butter, melted
Heat your oven to 350°F. Grease a 8- x 8-inch baking dish.
In a large bowl mix together the almond flour, baking powder, and salt pepper.
In another bowl whisk together the all the wet ingredients, add the wet ingredients to the dry, stirring until well combined then add the cheese.
Pour (or glob) the batter into the baking dish, spreading evenly.
Bake for 20-25 minutes, until the edges begin to brown.
Allow to cool for a couple minutes before cutting and serving.
