The other day at work one of my co-worker had a cheesy meat stuffed pretzel hot pocket. It smelled so good! for days all I could think about was how yummy that would be! So… I made a THM-E version!
Baked Parmesan Turkey Sandwich

When it comes to making delicious meals with this bread is remembering that you have to keep your ingredients in the E zone!
First take about 2 cups of dough and with only very slightly floured hands (or not any flour at all) push the dough flat into a rectangle on to a piece of parchment paper. The best part of the parchment paper is that the dough can stick to it and it will bake off or you can use the paper to form the shapes you need!
Once the dough is flat I took jalapeño laughing cow cheese and spread it in a layer and placed lean turkey on top, I also sprinkled just a few bits of bacon.
Fold dough over the cheese and meat, sprinkle the top with parmesan and bake for 20-30 minuets at 350 degrees on the pizza stone.
